Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right product. We offer warranty on faulty items, refunds and exchanges in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Domestic Orders - Returns must be made within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item/s.
International Orders - Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the item/s.
Items must be returned new, unused, in saleable condition and with all GEHRICH garment tags, spare button bags, fixtures, and packaging included. Returned garments that appear to have been used, damaged, soiled, altered or no longer with all tags and packaging will not be accepted.
Items may be returned for exchange and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items can only be exchanged for other current stock items or the same item in a different size if stock is available.
Change of mind
Should you change your mind after receiving your order you may exchange the item for another current stock item. The original item must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind but we will credit the difference should you choose to replace the returned item with an item of lesser value.
If you receive an item as a gift and want to return it, you may do so for an online store credit. The original item must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
All GEHRICH products are carefully inspected during production and again before being packed and shipped. Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and material defects and also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Normal wear and tear, loss of buttons or damage caused by water, chemicals, sharp objects, rough surfaces or failure of customer to take proper care of the garment does not constitute a fault. Faulty items will be repaired where possible and returned to the customer. Should the item be damaged beyond repair then an exchange or refund will be given. For all faulty items outside of the time frames listed in our Returns Policy, please contact email@example.com
Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, exchanges or change of mind.
Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy:
Domestic orders - Returns must be made within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item/s.
International orders - Returns must be made within 21 business days from the date of receiving the item/s.
Returns made outside of these time frames may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.
Receiving a refund
All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's form of payment. Please be aware that it can take 5-10 days for a refund to be processed as the garment must be reviewed by our internal quality control and then passed onto accounts before the refund can be made. Please note that card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we have no control over this. We do not refund the initial shipping costs or return shipping costs, we only refund the value of the goods returned.
