General
By using the http://gehrich.co website the user accepts the terms and conditions.
Any amendments made to the site become effective as soon as changes are posted to the site.
GEHRICH Pty Ltd is the legal party offering the services on the site.
Definitions
"Site" means the whole or any part of the web pages located at http://gehrich.co (including lay-out of the Site, all elements of the website design, underlying code elements of this Site, or text, sounds, graphics and images, animated elements or any other content of this Site.)
“We”, “us”, “our” all refer to GEHRICH
“I”, “you”, “your” all refer to the individual purchasing from the site.
"Goods" refers to any fashion garment, accessory or any other product offered for sale on the website
Registration
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

We may change registration requirements from time to time and the account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Eligibility to make purchases
In order to make purchases on the website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the GEHRICH terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to GEHRICH, whose applications are acceptable to GEHRICH and who have authorized GEHRICH to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase. GEHRICH reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase goods you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where GEHRICH feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of this information.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. While we can ship to most destinations, there are some that we can not.In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund to your original payment method. We will store a record of all transactions for a minimum of one year.

All transactions take place in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and the order has been placed, you will receive a detailed acknowledgment email. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and GEHRICH will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Melbourne, Australia and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms of sale.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any goods from the website whether or not goods have been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Deposit and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of your order. You confirm the credit/debit card is being used is yours or you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to GEHRICH, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our website secure, to help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure all payments on the GEHRICH website are processed through PayPal Web payments Pro via a secure gateway and with the latest, industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Please also note, for added security measures, all orders over $1,000 are subject to approval and we may contact you to confirm all of your details and request proof of Identification.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
Gift cards
GEHRICH Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and the expiry date is displayed on the Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the http://gehrich.co website.
Gift Cards are non transferable once used and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be redeemed against subsequent orders up to the expiry date.
If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the balance will be credited to a new Gift Card and can be redeemed against subsequent orders up to the expiry date.
Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.
GEHRICH is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
GEHRICH is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
GEHRICH reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards with the exception of free shipping codes which can be applied to Gift Card orders.
Promotion codes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Competitions
1. Entry is by way of sharing an image from the GEHRICH Instagram page on the personal Instagram page of the entrant with the hash tag #winwithgehrich and also must mention @gehrich in the post/comments.
2. The post/image with the most likes will be named the winner.
3. In the event that 2 or more entries have the same number of likes, a winner will be selected at random from these entries.
4. The winner will be notified via Instagram and email before a Gift Card for AUD$500 is sent via email to the winner.

6. Entry is open to people aged 18 years and over that hold a valid instagram account. Australian and International entrants are accepted.
7. The competition will be drawn and the winner selected at 8pm AEST on Sunday 05/10/14
8. We reserve the right to dismiss an entrant from the competition at any time should we feel that an entrant is acting negatively towards GEHRICH and not in the spirit of the competition.
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Insurance
Please note there is no general insurance on any item ordered through the GEHRICH website.
Postage insurance is offered as an option at checkout for International orders and is included in most domestic orders. This cover is offered through a third party and any claim will be handled by that third party and governed by their terms and conditions.
Intellectual property rights
GEHRICH Pty Ltd owns, or has a valid right from a third party to use all copyrights for all materials, products, designs, graphics,
photographs, images, sounds, music, video, audio or text (the “Content”) displayed on, made available or purchased from this Site and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names used on
or in connection with this website. The copyrights, trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "Intellectual Property")displayed on or made available from this website are the registered and unregistered Intellectual Property of GEHRICH and/or others. Nothing on this website grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use Content and/or Intellectual Property contained on, made available or purchased from this Site, except to the extent permissible by law, without the prior written permission of GEHRICH or the third party that may own the applicable Intellectual Property.
