Shipping Information 

Domestic Shipping - Australia Wide
For Domestic shipping we use an Express Courier Service.
Flat Rate Domestic Shipping Charge - $15.00 AUD (Includes Insurance)
Estimated delivery time frame for domestic shipping is 3 to 7 business days.
Signature is required on delivery so all orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.
Order Tracking is available on all domestic orders 

 

International Shipping - Rest of World - Most Destinations 
For lnternational shipping we use Australia Post - Express Post International Service
Standard Flat Rate International Shipping (no insurance) - $49.00 AUD
International Shipping (including insurance) - $60.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time frame for International Shipping is 5 to 10 business days.
Signature is required on delivery so all orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.
Order Tracking is available for most international destinations

** Unfortunately we do not ship to the following Countries/Regions: Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Zimbabwe, Balkans, Sudan, Somalia, Lebanon, Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, Iraq, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya 

 

Duties and Taxes 

Duties and Taxes are not included in the final order price. Should you be required to pay Duties or Import Taxes on your order once it enters the destination Country, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We declare all International orders as full price and in accordance with Australian Retail and Export Laws. You can contact your local Customs office to find out more information on the Duties and Taxes that may be payable on your order when it arrives in your Country. 

 

Correct Information

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information when you are at the checkout. If your information is incorrect the postal service may not be able to deliver your order and it will be sent back to us. In this case any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or missing goods 

We take great care to ensure that your order is packed safely for its journey but as we are not in control of your delivery, sometimes issues can occur. In most cases if you fail to receive your delivery it will be held at your local Post Office for pick up or with the courier company for re-delivery. Should you receive damaged goods or fail to receive your order, please contact us so we can assist with resolving any postal dispute.

 

Insurance

GEHRICH does not offer any general insurance on our products. Insurance on domestic shipping is provided through the courier service provider. Insurance on international shipping is offered as a choice at checkout. Simply choose a shipping charge (including insurance) to ensure that your package is covered while in transit. GEHRICH can take no responsibility for goods that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit.
